Magnetoelectric Encoder

Encoder is a device that converts electrical signals or data into signals that can be used for communication, transmission and storage.The encoder can be divided into incremental and absolute types according to the working principle encoder, which can be divided into photoelectric encoder and magnetic encoder according to its basic attributes.                 

    Magnetoelectric encoder is a new type of angle or displacement measuring system, its principle is to use magnetic resistance or hall element to measure the change of angle of magnetic materials or displacement values , which will cause a certain resistance or the change of the voltage, the variation of amplification by amplifying circuit, by single-chip microcomputer or analog signal output pulse signal after processing, to achieve the purpose of measuring. Its structure is divided into two parts, sampling testing and amplifier output, the detection generally USES a bridge type circuit to complete, it has a half bridge and bridge two kinds, general by using a transistor amplifier output and op-amp device to achieve them. Compared with the traditional photoelectric and grating encoder, magnetoelectric encoder is with vibration resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to pollution, anti-interference and wide temperature, which can be applied to the fields that  traditional photoelectric encoder can not applied. High performance magnetoelectric encoder can be widely used in industrial control, machinery manufacture, ship, textile, printing, aviation, aerospace, radar, communication, military and other fields.
