Magnetic Proximity Switch

Magnetic proximity switch is a kind of proximity switch, which is one of many kinds of sensor family, it is the use of electromagnetic principle, made of advanced technology, and it is a kind of position sensor. It can change the position relation between the sensor and the object, and turn the non-electric quantity or electromagnetic quantity into the desired electrical signal, thus achieving the purpose of control or measurement.

The magnetic proximity switch can reach the maximum detection distance with a small switch volume. It detects magnetic objects (usually permanent magnets) and produces the trigger switch signal output. Due to the magnetic field can pass a lot of non-magnetic material, so this does not necessarily need to trigger the process objects close to the magnetic induction surface close to the switch directly, but through magnetic conductor (such as iron) sends the magnetic field to the distance, for example, the signal to transmit through high temperature place to magnetic proximity switch and trigger action number generation.
